Who we are
LeClub HQ is LeClub's private admin dashboard, built and operated for LeClub by Startup Miracle. Only invited LeClub staff and Startup Miracle operators can sign in.
What HQ reads
HQ reads LeClub's own records: boats, crews, trips, bookings, issues, maintenance, document details (not the files), expenses, Capi usage counts (not conversations), memberships and credits, founding-seat leads, and blog articles. HQ also stores its own CRM contacts and deals.
Who can see what
Staff use the CRM, Marketing and Content pages. Only admins can see boat-level data, revenue, API keys and the audit log. Every admin view of boat data is recorded with who looked, what and when.
Keys and connected services
API keys for services such as OpenAI, Stripe and Google are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown again after saving. HQ does not sell or share data. Questions: hello@startupmiracle.com.
